The workshop is designed to equip professionals with tools and strategies to enhance their resilience in the workplace. This workshop is structured as a concise session that delivers impactful insights and practical techniques to help attendees manage stress, adapt to challenges, and maintain their well-being in a professional setting.

The workshop focuses on understanding the concept of resilience, identifying stressors at work, and implementing resilience-building practices.
